Spent far more than I expected to when unanticipated repairs were needed. And boy were they needed. The folks here bent over backwards for me and I can't thank them enough. Also, in addition to the great service and quality work done, the lobby and waiting area is spectacularly clean. They also offer snacks and beverages. All around a classy place. Will definitely go back, hopefully not too soon, and will definitely spread the word.

I’ve been coming here for years and hands down the most upfront and honest shop. Had an issue with my brakes and honestly thought I needed them replaced, but after their free inspection, it was a shim that was making the noise I heard and my pads were still at half life so it was a repair that could be held off for now. With times being tough, I appreciated the honesty and was relieved that it wasn’t a safety issue that I needed to take care of immediately. I’ll be back in the Spring to get my brakes rechecked and done! Thank you Righteous Auto, you all deserve a pat on the back! Keep up the great work!

Went in for routine change and to have a broken coil looked at. They were able to get me booked in and set up with a loaner (which seems to be hard to come across lately) asap. They helped me navigate what repairs were needed and how to keep it cost effective. The repair was done exactly when they said, and also included warranty! I am very grateful they got my car taken care of quickly and correctly. A++ I will definitely be back, and thank you all at the shop again!!! Thank you Elizabeth, Sheri, and the mechanics for getting this situated fast for me.

I was extremely pleased from the time I dropped off my car until the time I received my car back. They listened to all my concerns and helped me with every aspect through repairs. I do not live in same county that I work in and need my vehicle to get back n forth to work. They gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was inn shop helped me with the financing and saved me money in the process. They did A+ diagnostic test inn my vehicle and absolutely made sure they we're fixing what was actually wrong with my car. Then rocked Bajawith me and sent me information on every aspect from what the biggest to least concerns needed to be fixed. I am blessed to have been referred to Righteous Auto by a coworker and am extremely satisfied with the work and they put my anxiety and concerns at ease. The desk clerk was amazing ( Sherie thanks!) And the mechanics take pride and are professional and experts in their job. I will be going back in the future and referring anyone and everyone I know if they ever need vehicle repairs. Thank you Righteous so much. I give you 5 stars if there were more I would give you more.
