Joel Button1 StarI had to walk out of the business today, of course thatwas after they told me they weren't going to help me they'd rather go home early. It was kind of a win win situation for both of us as I was frustrated because the man behind the counter was was not in a great mood. I went in to replace my car battery and he immediately said that my car battery was underneath the seat of my car and it was gonna take an hour. I didn't feel like I was arguing but I said I know where my battery is and it's not under the car seat you can see it and he said oh you know more than I do apparently right ? I said no but I would be more than happy to show where the car battery is. I do work extremely close to this business and I have had multiple issues with the same facility. I won't be going back there they are way overpriced arrogant and unprofessional.Tuesday 28th September 2021
