Me and my husband brought our car here to get the heater fixed. We had already had the problem diagnosed earlier on in the year at the time we didn’t have the money to fix it. When we had the money to fix it we came in and let them know exactly what it was that needed to be fixed. They totally disregarded this conversation we had and proceeded to check everything possible instead of first checking what we knew to already be the issue. They even had us go out of our way to buy a $600 part that they needed to test what they thought could have been the issue. We got the part wondering why they where doing testing. We assumed that they had attempted to fix what we knew to be the problem already and that it must have not worked. Turns out we gave them the 600 part and no that wasn’t the problem then after letting us know it wasn’t that. We where told to return the part during this conversation he mentioned that he did his research finally and what do you know are original diagnosis was correct. They fixed the car after two weeks. The car also came back smelling like cigarettes. Someone had definitely been smoking in the car. This whole service was very frustrating. The car should have been fixed in one week we didn’t have a car for two weeks, the diagnosis that we knew was the problem was disregarded leading to a larger charge in labor, they smoked in the car with no respect for their client, and the service what subpar at best. Won’t be coming back.
