feranda smith3 StarI’ve taken several of my cats here and they’re always nice and polite. They work fast, seem knowledgeable, and I love that they have financing options. However, last time I took my car there was a bit different. I took it in for a diagnostic test and they only told me that one thing was wrong and fixed it for $300. That same day I drove off their lot no less than 15 minutes later it was doing the same thing. Took it back to them and they came back with a more extensive list equaling up to $750. This was a shocker because how did none of this come up on the test? So $300 was spent for nothing! Took it to a different mechanic and now the car is running like a dreamTuesday 25th January 2022

I took a random chance and stopped by their shop on a busy 20 degree afternoon. A tire that was rapidly loosing air and with a bit of travel planned the weekend in the rain and at night. Yikes! With not much of a wait time, the shop offered me my affordable options. And since I needed a new set anyway (I was over 50k) decided on a set of four, affordably priced and installed. This is a knowledgeable and helpful staff. These are some fantastic tires and make the car ride incredibly smooth. A noticeable and quite pleasant to drive experience. Who knew? Warranty is great too.
And the shop offers a nice 6 month no interest thing that can even come in handy if in a pinch for a routine major auto investment like tires every 4-5 years.
Oh, and they even replaced my wiper blades and a burned out directional bulb, all that at a no charge install. Great service and highly recommended. Thanks to Mark, Ryan, Rob and Steve. Will return.

The guy that answered the phone was VERY rude and told me basically if I wanted work done on my truck I would still have to pay them for another diagnostic test or he wouldn’t do any work on my car. I rather give my business to someone else who knows how to treat customers!Monday 21st March 2022
