L Timme5 StarWe were on vacation and traveling to Florida from St. Louis, Mo. our truck broke down on the highway. We made it to a dealership and on Monday morning we towed it to Ross Automotive. Ross was referred to us and we were blessed to be directed to the right business. They were wonderful! They fixed our truck ASAP bc they knew we were traveling. They accommodated our needs at the time and took very good care of us. We highly recommend Ross Automotive and we wish they were in St. Louis!

Marshall Ross5 StarFriendly and honest staff. Oreillys told me I had a bad alternator. I called Firestone, they wanted $750+ and that was too much.
So I called Ross, and Ray checked it out and told me I did not have a bad alternator, just a bad battery! (That I just bought less than 5 months ago!) he didn’t charge me a dime. And he saved me 750+. Best of the bestMonday 10th January 2022
