My AC wasn’t blowing cold on a 2018 jeep and instead of just doing it and getting paid they told us to contact the dealership and check if it was under warranty. I have also had my water pump, alternator done here, and other things. They are so honest, customer service is excellent, and they get things done in a timely manner. They do not rip you off like some other shops. They tell it as it is with your vehicle in what is wrong, and they do not ever try to scam you. They are truly the most honest business I have ever known. But that is not all, I have been to them 5 times. 3 were issues in the same day that they took the time out of their busy schedule to check my problems out and resolved the issues. The staff their is so nice, but especially the owner goes above and beyond to please his customers in his business. They have won me over and I will be for sure back in the future for any maintenance and repair needed for my Suburban. I would recommend Roy 66 Auto Repair to anyone who needs vehicle maintenance or repair. I did not know honesty, and customer service like this existed in this world from a repair shop.
