I am very pleased with the service provided to me by this place. Recently moved to the area and I chose this place based on previous positive reviews. My car had a slow leak in one of the tires and I needed my check engine light to be looked into why it was on. They were able to fix the tire without having to replace it and Rick offered me a detailed explanation of why the check engine light was on and where to go from there. As a woman I often worry about where I take my car to in fear of being taken advantage of since it has happened to me before. But I felt that this place was very trustworthy and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!!

We found RT Automotive through AAA's recommended facilities and used them for an unexpected brake repair and battery replacement, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were extremely diligent and professional. Fred was excellent about calling with updates as he worked on the car—walking us through what repairs were needed and why and what costs would be before he did anything. The repairs were timely and very reasonably priced. We plan to use them for all of our regular maintenance and repair needs moving forward!
