I was visiting my daughter who is a student in Pittsburgh and my low coolant light came on, so I knew the car wouldn’t make it back to the Philly area. When I called them Amy immediately got me in to have my vehicle looked at. They called me to inform me I needed a new water pump. They were able to fix my car and I had no problems. Donna Wright5 StarI like the way Russ Auto Care keeps in touch, without being intrusive through text message. They reach out with timely reminders as to the services your car needs. I like the convenience of leaving my vehicle at the business the night before, then picking up the following evening as I work long shifts. I pay via telephone on my credit card. They have been fair, in not charging for repairs beyond the scope of my prior approval. I intend to continue using this business in the future for both our family‘s vehicles.Monday 18th October 2021
