I have been going to Russel's Automotive for over 25 yrs. I have been to several mechanics in my day, and Russel's is without a doubt the best place ever to take your vehicle. I have used Russell's for years and their service is excellent. Gary and his men go above and beyond usual customer service. They are very honest about what needs to be done and what is not needed. I trust them explicitly.

We went to this business to get my husband's air conditioner fixed in his pick up. We picked it for the great reviews but we should have read deeper. We end up going there 3 times and over $400 later the air conditioner worked a total of 3 hours. We got all kinds of excuses about them checking this and checking that. The first time we paid $300 we thought that was it but after going there 3 times and the air conditioner not fixed and them telling us it will be another $1,000 to fix it, that was the last straw. No monies were refunded or even partial. We left with over $400 less, no air conditioner fixed , no apologies and totally being cheated. We will NEVER go there again!!!!!
