If there was a way to give them 10 stars instead of 5, i would. Thats how great they are. Everything from checking in my car, to final pick up, is always a smooth process. Their honesty and fairness in pricing compared to other shops I used to go to is enough to keep me coming back. Try them and you will not be disappointed

The attributes I look for in a shop are competence, trust and commitment to service. Satellite has all three in spades. I never worry that they are trying to get me to do anything not necessary. They are trustworthy, dependable and will always explain repairs to me. Costs are fair and certainly less than a dealership. It's close to Metro so it's easy to get to.
