If I could give them a minus 5 I would. Broke down near them and had our truck towed to them to fix the transmission. We live in Tennessee, so we had to leave the truck there. We tracked down a transmission for them while we were there and was told it would be about 3-4 days before they were done with it. Whenever we called, it was excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done. The transmission wasn't right, the torque converter wasn't right. Finally after 9 business days we decided to see about getting it to someone else who could fix it. We told them to put the transmission and whatever parts they had off in the back of the truck. The tow truck driver got there and said that the transmission was still in the truck and it hadn't even been touched. If they couldn't work on the truck I wish they would've said something before now and we could've gotten another shop to fix it. Would I recommend them? Not even is it a NO, it's a HE$$ NO!!!

Would NOT recommend. Very dishonest. Always looking for the next scam. Came in only needing valve cover and gasket as recommended in a full inspection a month earlier by different mechanic. Agreed with satsuma auto to have “full inspection” and valve cover fixed. Got a call on day 2 saying wiper blades are bad and axle was cracked and leaking grease and agreed to let him fix it. Day three went to get vehicle to find that my Air compressor was burnt up and that my abs sensor is now on (neither ever had previous problems or recommendations for fixing, even by satsuma auto while they had it). Upon paying for work I was adamantly recommend to have both of them fixed before I knew they were messed up and said I’d wait to which he began giving lower prices to leave it with him which I declined. It is very coincidental that I have parts that 100% worked before I let these people work on it just go bad the day I get it back. I am in college and do not have the money to continually fix things that were not broken. Everybody should know how this place works and operates before spending any $ here. Do not listen to the bots that tried to cover up the first bad review on the list...
