I called last week to see if they could find shackles for my 2006 Chrysler Town and Country. They said sure, bring it in. They don't take appointments so I called this morning (03 07 2022) at 08:00 to make sure they could get the parts so I didn't bring it in and have to come back. Didn't hear from anyone so I called back at 03:30. Listen to this response. My vendor needed a VIN number. So I said, no one thought to call me for that. She says, "it got kind of busy here today and we didn't have time." Makes you wonder what their commitment is to getting your vehicle done and back to you. Oh, and of course it was too late to call their vendor today to see if the parts were available. Not impressed with their customer service and commitment to excellence. I won't be taking my vehicle there. I'm scheduled to take my van to a suspension specialist in the morning.

To be fair they were open on Sunday and got things done quickly BUT….this place is an ABSOLUTE rip-off. They prey on travelers driving through with car problems on the weekends. As you can see the up-charge on the parts is absolutely INSANE ($666 for a part that cost $133 & $924 for a part that cost $183). There was no estimate provided before starting the work either. We expected a premium for convenience and weekend availability, but 300% on everything seems bonkers. They have refused to respond to any questions about the bill or the awful odor that soaked into everything in our car after being in their shop. Moral of the story if you’re traveling through (or hell anywhere near this place) JUST WAIT FOR MONDAY - the cost of your hotel won’t surpass the ridiculous amount of money they will overcharge you. As I can’t write a reply to your response -here is my reply. I reached out multiple times to you via your website and the messaging feature within it. You haven’t responded to me directly, only replied here. Also - Please look at the price match evidence I included in my review. And yes I’d like you to pay for the awful smell removal - it’s terrible having to drive in 12degree weather with the windows open because the smell is unbearable. Please contact me directly as you have my contact info from the invoice.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They got my car in quickly and did the work while I waited. My only complaint is that not one person working there was wearing a face mask (July 2020).
