Parrion Macalot1 StarI took my 2018 Chevy suburban here after it had been stolen ! Saylors was supposed to do the mechanical repairs ! Well they saw that 12k check and started to think they where a body shop ! They put cheap parts on my 50k truck traded off my paint job to a in home painter for a engine swap after State Farm paid them 12k check .. I told dale the manager not to work on any body damage or do not paint my car inside there shop ! He lied to my face and insured that would not happen.. well it did and he lied about it til I took my car back they had it 10/21-1/22 .. and still never completed the repairs . They stole my money then tried to play victim like they where trying to fix it ! I told them never to touch the body period ! But they saw that 12k and got greedy ! This is a bad place to have repairs they lost my keys never gave me a new set ! Dale lies and lies don’t trust this place it’s a money pit and they give u the cheapest parts they can find to do the repairs cheap ! You will have to keep coming back problems after problems with this place . I still have not got a dime back and State Farm paid them without my consent I wouldn’t recommend them either ! They don’t make sure there customers are good .. so like a good neighbor State Farm is not there .. don’t go to this shop saving whom reads this. Headache and sleepless nights from wanting to bomb that shop ..leave this place alone it’s demon shop of hellWednesday 26th January 2022
