I have called your business numerous times and not once has someone answered. Sometimes I was able to leave voicemail, sometimes the mailbox was full. I have also emailed several times, and filled in a request for an appointment through your website twice, however I have yet to hear from someone. I even tried reaching out through your Facebook page which doesn't appear maintained since 2019. Frankly it is very disappointing that as a potential new customer that is new to the area and who prefers giving his business to locally owned shops, I can't even get someone to return a phone call or an email. Not the most efficient way of gaining new loyal clients or their trust. **update 10/20/21** A week later I have not received a call back, nor has someone responded to my email, nor has someone responded to my request for an appointment through their website.

The first time I used this business was perfect. Needed with service and they provided it. Got in same day, got the car back same day. I suppose this could have been coincidence, but that didn't matter too me at the time. They were progressive and helpful. 5 star

The staff here is always so great. They go above and beyond. I will never take my car anywhere else. The mechanic is honest, very knowledgeable and is not going to charge you for something you don't need. Jim, Hayden and Doug take the time with their customers and explain everything. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend this place.
