"We were driving through on a road trip and we rolled down a window that wouldn’t go up in our BMW...we found Schade's by Smart Phone on the eve of thanksgiving afternoon, about 3:30 PM, terrible timing...we absolutely did the right thing, because they were so accommodating, took us right in, and sent us on our way 30 minutes after calling them with a secure car at no charge. We were simply amazed they could and would help us so quickly, politely, and inexpensively as well."

I called to get my jeep srt lowered and Bill helped me out with what springs to get and they got me in that week. On top of it there honesty pointed out the fact that another shop did not do what they said when it came to balancing my tires so this shop balanced them for a discounted price. Awesome honest people.

We take all five of our vehicles to Schades. We have been very happy with the services provided, all of which are priced competitively. The staff are great, especially the owner and Bill, the manager. Excellent customer service, and we are very happy repeat customers.

Absolutely wonderful! I’ve taken my car to them several times now, and they’ve always been quick, kind, and have incredibly reasonable prices. I’ve never felt like they were tricking me into a service I didn’t need. They’re knowledgeable and willing to explain. They’re good about having availabilities, and do quick, work. Could not recommend anyone more!

While on our way to see my mother in Cleveland, last weekend an oil pan that had not been properly reattached by our dealership following an oil change came off and forced us off the turnpike to seek help. Schade's quickly found a temporary fix to the problem, enabling us to get back on the road in 30 minutes and did not charge us for the service.One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!
