Neil Firszt5 StarGreat place great people! I called on a day they were closed and left a message, and they called me back within 15 minutes. I was on a road trip and my car started making a noise. they got me in the next day and replace the right rear wheel bearing. The part did end up failing a few days later but they covered it with the warranty. I appreciate everything they did at Schaper automotive. Super nice people. Super friendly. Awesome people to do business with. Thank you!Monday 26th July 2021

Hannah Dixon1 StarTried to get me to pay nearly $2,000 for a rack and pinion that was never bad. There was fluid leaking onto it, yes, but it was fine. They also tried to tell me that my first car had a failing transmission. Don't get me wrong, it was a terrible car, and the transmission was showing it's age, but it was still fully functional. They also lied to my mother and told her that her perfectly fine tie rod needed replaced. I'm not sure if it's incompetence or greed, but I'm done giving this place the benefit of the doubt.Saturday 26th September 2020
