Kathy Smith2 StarNot sure who waited on me. After I had to have a jump, I took my vehicle over there for them to check battery. They also checked the alternator. Cost me $68.00. he tells me it's the battery. It went to a 12.6 but then started decreasing quickly in power when they took it off the tester. I told him the battery was fairly new from dealer. If I have to buy a new battery, I'm taking it to the dealer cause they will pro rate it for a new battery. I then go to Toyota who tested it for no fee and tell me the battery was good. It was three years old by the way. Toyota would not pro rate for a new battery because they couldn't find anything wrong with the one I had. I feel Scotts Automotive lied to me about needing a new battery. Trying to make a buck off of a senior female citizen. Very disappointed. Yes, they were nice and friendly but that's not important in my case.Wednesday 23rd February 2022

There not cheap getting your car or truck worked on isnt cheap anywhere. If u find that place where it is I'm betting u dont go back, we take our stuff here and have for few years, Based on trust. Adrian Segura5 StarScott was a life saver! I was 200+ miles away from home and my VW suddenly had an engine issue that the local VW dealership didn’t have time look at. When I asked for a local shop they could recommend, Scott’s was their recommendation. They were right and then some! Scott accommodated me at the last minute and fixed the issue that THE DEALERSHIP had likely caused just a month before for a recall.
Amazing service, super friendly, and very fair and honest about the work on my car. Wish there were more people, let alone mechanics, like Scott!Wednesday 19th May 2021
Kenny Clifton1 StarStopped in on a Rainy day with Wipers inoperative was told the wiper transmission was bad when it seemed to work. Price given was what I believe to be a Gouge 657 and some change to remove 3 10 mm bolts and 2 15mm bolts with some push pin 4 to be exact on 135 dollar part because it was raining and I am from out of Stat 470 dollars in labor.Tuesday 18th May 2021
