He pointed out some concerns that I had missed also which will save me in the long run. Steven Pogue sr4 StarI brought my wife's van here because the local Chrysler dealership couldn't figure out what was intermittently rattling under it. I thought it might be the heat shield on the exhaust, she thought it was something related to the braking system. Turned out to be the exhaust resonator is going out. If I wouldn't have brought it here the local dealership never would have caught the problem. Personally if I hadn't worked with Scott at a local manufacturer I don't know that I would have brought the vehicle in. But after getting to know him somewhat I figured he would have the knowledge and drive to find the issue. Thanks for the good work to the crew at Scott's Auto and know that you've earned another customer with your professionalism and expertise! We will be back at the end of August for the repairs to the exhaust system.Saturday 7th August 2021

I had never used his business since I had never heard of him before and I explained to him how I had only one reliable car for my kids and I, he was so understanding and got my car fixed before my shift at work even ended that same day due to it just being my battery.
