My first interaction with Shaun was over the phone as a result of my vehicle being stranded at a location resulting in me needing to find an alternate location to have my vehicle towed to and repaired. Shaun was extremely accommodating, beyond kind and so helpful right out of the gate. Based on what I had experienced with the person at the previous location, I was quite fortunate to meet Shaun and cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for me. If you are looking for a vehicle repair shop that stands by their word and absolutely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, SHAUN’s AUTOMOTIVE is the place to go! Shaun has done a lot of work on all of our family’s vehicles. It's so hard to find a trustworthy, good mechanic these days and I have definitely found one in Shaun. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of work on their car. He always gives us a fair price and finishes work in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely pleased with Shaun and the 60,000 mile service. He provided amazing communication and work on my car. I would highly recommend using Shaun Auto. The best validation is repeat business. I brought in my older 1990 car for Air Conditioning and he was able to get everything working. I will be bringing in all my family cars to Shaun for service. It is extremely difficult to find an honest and talented car mechanic that you trust. Shaun Auto checks all the boxes. He is a hidden gem and I am so thankful that I found my auto mechanic going forward.

I couldn't be more grateful for the level of service I received from Shaun. He was professional, courteous and kind about my concerns. He keeps a very clean shop, and it appears that his help is happy to be there. His turnaround time is realistic and punctual. Being a "mom and pop" business to heart, his wife is also always very friendly and happy to help with questions. As a father to be, he made sure my car was safe to transport an infant in, in the months to come. Thank you so much guys, I will certainly be a returning customer.
