I gave them near $150 to change oil and rotate tires. All I got was lies. The oil had never been changed, and an overall inspection of car I paid for was never done. The oil was black, even though I paid for a flush of the syste, I trusted these guys, but no more.

brought a used car I was looking at buying in for an inspection and in less than 30 minutes I was brought back and shown everything that was wrong with the car. Then on top of that they didn't even charge me even when I was only able to make it there with 45 minutes left before close! I highly recommend DC Side Street.

Chris was amazing. I had an wheel hub going bad. I was not able to drop it off during normal business hours so Chris met me after hours and drove me home. On the way home we stopped at Culver's and got a shake. He knew I was worried about the repair costs and called me that night to assure me that everything would be okay. I recoeved another call the next morning confirming my fears and was given a price to complete the repairs. I was then given a choice of who the tech would be. Each had their own unique skills and specialty. I picked my tech and then the waiting game began. A few hours later Chris called and thankfully all was well and the work was complete. Chris sent a driver and I was magically whisked away back to the shop. On another note, there doesn't appear to have been any velociraptor attacks recently and the building wasn't used for any sacrifices that I could see. I consider this a win win and will be going back. Thanks again guys!
