This place is absolutely amazing. We have used them several times and always had great service. I can't even say enough about how great they are after today. Another place broke the bolt for my lungnut when putting on new tires and then refused to fix it or pay to fix it. Sierra service center not only got us in for it to be fixed today but also stayed 2 hours after they closed to make sure it was done today so we could hit the road for the holiday traveling we needed to do. I have always had friendly service there but they went above and beyond today. They also took my husbands back to work since it was going to take some time.

I went in to get an oil change on my diesel car and they told me AFTER it was racked it would be almost $450. I’ve never paid more than $110 WITH TAX for an oil change. Go ANYWHERE else but here. I told them I wasn’t paying that and they acted shocked that someone could do it for $110. I offered to show them ALL my receipts from my dealership for oil changes & they declined (I’m assuming they didn’t want to look at the evidence for plausible deniability). Pretty pathetic that a “military proud” company takes advantage of people especially with MILITARY SERVICE. Save your money & your dignity & don’t bother with this waste of space.

Ernie was very friendly and quick to diagnose the specific issue I was having with my brakes. He kept me informed throughout the day and had everything finished in the same day. Very punctual, transparent, and helpful. I would recommend this business to any of my friends, especially since they offer a 10% military discount on labor.

I have used them for both of my vehicles for 3 years now. They are very professional and go over everything they see with you quite clearly. The latest visit was because another shop had broke a bolt while replacing tires and wouldn't fix it themselves. SSC was able to get me in and out the same day, even though it meant staying late on their part.

They were very professional and friendly. I didn't have a way to get around after leaving my car so they offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was done too. They fixed all the problems I was having at the time and I definitely plan to come back again soon to get more fixed!
