I had called other auto places all of which could not have my vehicle looked at for several days. Silver Spring Automotive diagnosed my car the same day and had the part ordered and installed the following day. Katelynn Strobel5 StarVery friendly. The employees were very kind. We brought our car in for a transmission fix that six other mechanics we called refused to even look at, and despite the transmission not needing a repair, they still checked out our vehicle quickly and alerted us of prices beforehand. Everything was very transparent with them, and they gave us a call at the end of the day to see if we would be picking up our vehicle.
The inside of the office was neat and clean, the people on the phone were just as kind. They didn't try to overcharge, and they sent a coupon in the mail for us later on too. We will definitely be back!Thursday 23rd September 2021
