Vehicle returned to us two quarts low on transmission fluid. If you're looking for a trustworthy garage, don't go there. Their sales team will do their job explaining why they are at LEAST 25% HIGHER than anyone else in town on most services. If they have any coupons available, they certainly don't offer them up - that's not what I would do if I were trying to earn your repeat business. Turns out, they are expanding and getting new buildings - aren't you glad they are putting that cost on us? Just my opinion, Couer d'Alene still has great people, terrific small businesses and a code of ethics that much better deserves your business. Silverlake is just not one of these places.

Had my inspection done quick and well, even let me come back and see it for my own eyes. Even beyond that they went through everything very meticulously and informatively. Overall great staff and great work, brakes were done overnight for me and my car was ready for pickup the next day!

Got me in right away. Called every time there was a new problem & explained my options. Gave me a complete list of things to be aware of with prices. Also a link to see the pictures of what was replaced & fixed. Going to use them to do all my repairs. Very fair pricing.
