Customer service rep was very professional and polite but for a company that has been in service for more than 50 years it sucks that they didn't even ask to see the vehicle. It's literally as simple as welding or clamping on a new muffler and they aren't skilled enough to do that on a 99 wrangler? Nice people but lousy service!

Mike was the real MVP during our trip to Denver. We had quite a nasty accident, and he took care of us from start to finish. The truck who hit us was incredibly uncooperative, but Mike help us coordinate with the State Patrol to tell the truck driver where to go. Mike let us wait in his truck and told us exactly what happened, even correctly predicted that the truck driver would get a citation for a defective vehicle. I wish all towing companies were like this one, and I wish all people were like Mike! Can't speak highly enough of him. My only piece of feedback is that Mike should have been wearing a halo because he was literally our guardian angel!

Called after my catalytic converter got stolen while on a trip on a shot in the dark to try and get it fixed. Josh answered the phone and let me know they were booked full. But rather than stopping there, he took the time to give me valuable advice about what my options were, what he recommended, and where I could go, all the time knowing I wouldn’t be their customer! I really appreciate this kind of commitment, and think it says a lot about this place!

The WORST experience of my life from a repair shop. Cost me hundreds of extra dollars because of their mistakes. My vehicle was totaled in an accident and towed there by the police. I asked them to take off my expensive tires from the truck and put on a pair of cheap tires to send with the truck to the salvage yard. They said no problem but I needed to bring them size 16" tires for them to do it. They also said to drop the tires off Saturday morning so they could get them done that weekend. I was able to find a pair online and drove 2 hours to the shop to drop them off first thing Saturday. Monday came around and they called me to tell me they told me the wrong size and that I needed to drop off 17" tires instead. So, I tried to find a set of 17s online. They called me back (because they felt bad) and said they were able to find a set of old 17s that they could use to do the tire swap. So, they tried to be helpful. Monday night they called me and said they were unable to get to the tires but would do it Tuesday. Tuesday they called me and said that the tow truck had come and taken my vehicle to the salvage yard, BEFORE THEY DID ANY WORK! So, without my permission, they released my vehicle with the good tires still on it, to the tow truck service who brought it to the salvage yard. At that point, they admitted that they made mistakes and it was their fault. I then had to plan a trip to the salvage yard and had to swap the RIMS & TIRES myself. This meant I had to buy a set of rims and tires, not just some old tires. I literally spent multiple hours driving there and back, then driving to the salvage yard and back, spent money on tires and rims, gas... Meanwhile they had my vehicle plus the tools to do a simple tire change for 4 days and released it without any permission. On top of all that, tools were missing from the truck when I got to the shop and I had to pay to replace them. This was the absolute worst customer service. Especially when I had a totaled vehicle and nothing but a rental car to get me back and forth. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great service on a Sunday after Christmas! Bonnie was as sweet and helpful as she could be and Brian, the tire man, fix my tire well with no issues! I’d recommend their service to anyone! Thank you for helping us out!
