Smart Audio & Security is Family owned and operated business that has been serving Lawrence and it's surrounding towns since 2016. When you leave your car with us for repairs/customizations, we take care of you and treat you like family. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. It all began from humble beginnings with mobile installs and a shop at Pedro’s garage. Installs were completed around MA in weather that spanned from 0 to 100 degrees to ensure jobs were completed on time, as promised to customers. In the first two years of business Pedro would work consistently work 16 hours a day 6 days a week to save enough up to open his own local shop that could provide a good place for customers and employees to spend their time. Looking to the future, our team wants to continue providing this exceptional level of service by expanding into a multi-store business among the front range. Our goal is to continue to help those who provide us with the opportunity to do what we love each and every day.

I been having issues with my Corolla from another audio place that was trying to charge me another $600 for work that broke a week after they installed it, which is very unreasonable. Car Audio helped me diagnose the problem and even showed me exactly what the issue was, that my speakers were just done, and they were so kind and honest. They fixed it the same day in an hour, faster than any other place and it sounds even better now! My back speakers didn’t work, and I don’t know what they did, but it’s working and it’s crazy to hear, and I didn’t even tell them about it! It was way more affordable and they deserve to be praised for their work. I will be coming to get my windows tinted and even subwoofers installed in my car. They are so sweet and very informative, they can help you get exactly what you want, and even better! I just saved myself so much money, and have brand new speakers than what I originally paid for at another place.

I decided to book an appointment for a remote car starter with these guys based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. Professionals from the moment I called to schedule all the way through pick-up. Ozzie worked on my car and was very helpful. Explained how everything worked with the remote starter and was very polite. Highly recommended.
