No answer when we call and no return call. 2 years after having repairs done at this shop we have had another issue arise. Coming to later find out the the items they installed needed to have other items disconnected for access. They did not connect the parts back correctly which is why the truck started leaking and ruined electrical connectors and other items that were not an issue. On top of it there were zip ties from the repair on the coil packs that were not there before unless there is lepricons going under hoods to add zip ties. No one mentioned anything and money was not my concern. No one can give a definite answer and everything is questionable. I thought all was good until I find this out. Not cool. Finding out you overcharged me was another smack in the face. Good luck.

Lachlan was such a nice guy…helped me out by listening and looking for the cause of a noise I was hearing while driving. Spotted a big bolt on the inside of the tire right away and pulled it out for me. Big help since I was alone with my two little kids, and couldn’t drive and inspect the noise alone. This is why I keep coming back to Snodgrass, I find they are honest people who just want to help.
