I was thrilled to find such great reviews for Mini Cooper service less than 10 minutes from my house. Solo did not disappoint. So much better customer service than the dealer that is 45 minutes north. Prices are phenomenal also. I'm taking Mini back in a month for additional service. Solo Northside has a satisfied client for life!

Alex took really good care of me for not having an appointment. Someone didn't show up and I got their slot so don't think it's normal, :). Service was quick and flawless on my car. I needed an alignment. Their prices are great compared to dealerships.
