The Ice man Series5 StarI didn't get his name but it's rare for someone to spend time on the phone and explain to you what could be the problem with your truck but this gentleman helped me greatly.
We do the same thing if a customer calls our shop and ask a question about their Heat or Air.
If they decide the work on our trucks they have our business.
