The front end customer service is alright but the work is terrible. The guy in the back doesn’t know what he’s doing with modern vehicles and has an attitude. I had to take my car back 3 times and they still didn’t get it right. Finally after I caught them lying about not putting the products that were supposed to be installed but something cheaper the guy doing the work got upset and said he refused to work on my car anymore and they refused to give a refund. They are not on the BBB site so the only recourse is taking them to court. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of doing business with them to not do it it’s not worth the headache nor the high prices.
