I am new to town and had an issue with my old car randomly stalling (3 times in 3 weeks of daily driving). I took it to another place but I was not very happy with the (lack of) communication and decided to give Speedway a try based on the reviews. I knew the issue would be tricky to diagnose due to it being random and there was no smoking gun like a check engine light. But they truly impressed me with their diagnostic and communication of the results. Indeed, they were not able to pinpoint an exact problem, but I was seriously impressed with the thorough explanation given to me and I could tell they really checked everything they could. They suggested I replace a sensor that may fix the issue and were very up front about it potentially not working. It was a best guess based on experience. Never thought I would consider a mechanic honest. And the price was less than what I was expecting which is another thing I wasn't expecting. Great customer service to boot. That experience earned my trust, which is hard to earn due to my wariness of mechanics, and they earned my future business for sure. Highly recommend!

Did a great job on my car. Always kept my oil and fluids up to date here and what ever else I needed done really. Didn’t break my wallet either so that’s the best part.

I took my car here and had a great experience! The owners of this shop are honest, efficient, and clearly care about their customers. They also take the time to explain issues in detail so that you understand what's wrong with your car and how they are going to fix it, which I really appreciate. If you bring your car here, you will get high quality work done at a reasonable price, while being treated like family!
