Honestly my first good shop experience. Everyone I spoke to was cool, the price for my specialty alignment was unbeatable and the alignment was very well done. They offer a ton of random discounts which was new to me. I'll probably be a regular here.

Pros: Reasonable, professional, no up-sell. Cons: Not sure if the items listed below "surprises" are normal for this vehicle or not. I own this vehicle for 20+ years and have never been "told" any of these 2 items. Took my Dodge Grand Caravan as it would not start after cranking. I had gotten an estimate/written quote upfront for diagnosis and possible replacement of starter if it needed to be replaced. I was told that shop could not duplicate my issue and the van would start every time they tried in shop. They recommended a regular service, which I knew was due. They waived the diagnosis charge and were upfront about stating that they did not do any thing so would waive it. Few surprises: - Air filter not replaced: buried. - Brake master Cylinder condition: cannot see Don't know if this is normal for this vehicle (no service shop has ever mentioned to me though in 20+ years) or shop has not experience working on Grand Caravan. Any way, would have been better to know this ahead of time when I signed up for service.

I had to replace the engine on my 2003 Accord due to a cylinder head crack and a blown head gasket and just found this company almost by accident. I was obtaining quotes on engine replacement and this company was the most competitive. I brought my car in after I ordered the engine. All I can say is they are first class. Chris, the GM was professional and very informative. The office staff duo of Steph and Liz were so friendly and courteous. They thoroughly explained everything down to the most minute detail. I got my car back in 5 days and they went over everything they did on the car. Everything was documented. They even pointed out a couple of issues I wasn't aware of and they didn't try to upsell me. They are a fantastic diamond in the rough. Their techs are excellent. It is like getting top notch service without the dealer prices! They are located in Kirkland near a strip mall and close to Costco. Be aware that parking can be an issue. They also offer discounts if you are a veteran, a Microsoft employee or a Passport Prime member. I wholeheartedly endorse them if you need a repair on an Acura, Honda, Lexus, or Toyota. If you have to wait for the work to be done, they have free Wi-Fi.

Best Shop all around! Would not take my car anywhere else but here. Friendly and very informative staff. I drive 45 minutes out of the way to take all my cars here. 12/10 recommended!

Great experience here getting some new wheels/tires mounted and balanced. They have good equipment and people who know how to use it, and they pay attention to the important details. Super nice people to deal with and reasonable price. Easily the best experience I've had since moving to the PNW, even though this was a relatively simple job I was really trying to vet them for a long term relationship :) I'm generally pretty critical and try to do everything myself...but I don't have some of the big $tuff at my home shop. Looking forward to building a relationship with Stage.
