So I discovered Chris Steger and his team after my long time neighborhood garage closed up. Bottom line -- dedicated and visible owner, quality mechanics ... BUT dealing with the service manager Carol is the absolute treat. Was upset due to misunderstanding, on all aspects of the repair. However, Carol, Chris and another representative. Went to great lengths to identify the break down in communication. They were so VERY apologetic. They refunded me the total COST of the repair...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
