Our portable DVD player broke right before a long drive we had. I called to see how far out they were booked for a DVD player install, it was 3 weeks but we were leaving in 1 week. They were awesome and were able to get us in during that time, we just had to leave our van overnight, which was fine. There was an issue with the DVD player a couple days after they installed it. We were leaving the next day, they got us in close to closing and switched out the system so we were set for our trip! Definitely recommend them!

Do NOT take your vehicle to Stereo Steve's. They do not stand behind their workmanship and make excuses for issues that arise from their service. We initially took our vehicle in to get a humming noise fixed. They were sure it was the amp that needed replacing. They successfully replaced the amp, but now our rear and middle speakers do not work. We called and asked them to fix that issue (all 8 speakers worked prior to taking our vehicle in) and they told us we would need to buy a whole new stereo system now. This problem arose from their service and they should back it up 100% instead of charging an honest customer. Also, they failed to hook back up the side door, so we have to jump out and open it from the outside. We called a second time to see when we could bring it in to get at least the door fixed and they said they are 3 weeks out. We are now left with a vehicle with no sound coming from some of our speakers and a door that won't open. Please don't go to Stereo Steve's unless you want to leave with even more problems than your vehicle started with. I'm extremely disappointed. Update to Owner's Reply: The child lock was fine. I checked it out myself and found three cables were left disconnected. First, the cable to open the door from the inside. Second, the wire to connect to the door speaker. Third, the connections in the center console for the rear unit. That's shoddy work. We went with the factory amp because you said you wouldn't warranty anything else. We had an appointment in December when it should have been fixed originally. If you didn't fix it the first time, the customer should take precedence so you can make it right. A follow up appointment days and weeks away is bad customer service.
