Pablo and James are superheroes. We were stranded on state trust land after our Xterra blew a radiator. Being from Tucson, we had no idea who to call. After googling we called them. James came and towed us to the shop and Pablo wasted no time getting to work. They got the new radiator and fixed everything right up. They paid attention to every detail. Very professional men. We got home fine that night and all ended good. Definitely recommend these guys. Frito was also a joy to play with. I have never met a friendlier cat.

I had a problem with my Nissan Altima and they were able to diagnose it and fix it for me on a Sunday and within 2 hours I was back on the road. They replaced a CV axle that was broken and leaking grease. I met Jim and Pablo who are the owners and they not only fixed it was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Highly Recommend.

Did your car break down and you are currently stranded on the side of the road in the desert on vacation? Do you have 24 hour roadside assistance with your insurance but they can't find you a tow truck or they just simply won't pick up the phone? Do you have three small children and it's getting darker and darker and you are quickly running out of phone battery and options on how to get home? or maybe you just need your car fixed? If so, street and trail automotive services is the place for you. My wife and I found ourselves in the above situation near Benson AZ; no tow truck services, no uber, no lyft, no taxis, no way back to our living arrangements at Kartchner caverns state park. Even the police weren't helpful in trying to get us at least somewhere safe for our kids! Only Jim, the co-owner of this simple automotive shop, was good enough to help us. In order, he: 1) picked us up on the side of the road out of the kindness of his heart and drove us back to our campsite (including our three kids) 2) towed our car back to his shop in the morning 3) fixed our car on a Sunday in just a few hours so that we could be on our way without any delays and last but not least 4) CHARGED US AN INCREDIBLY COMPETITIVE PRICE FOR THE WORK HE DID. He had every opportunity to take advantage of us because we were completely dependent on him for our basic travel necessities! Simply put, Jim and his co-owner, are GOOD people, and they do honest work, quality work, at the best price possible. I hope their business is a roaring success because nobody deserves it more. Summary: if you need car work, there is no better place in the area. please, go to Street and Trail, support these guys doing great work at the best price. You can rest assured that you are getting work done that is high quality, necessary and at the right price.
