Wally is finally the Mr Good wrench that you’ve been looking for. Had a fat list of things to fix on my truck and everything turned out to be very responsibly charged if not no charge at all. Him and his “MECHANICS” not just technicians, like most dealerships, can do all the work your vehicle needs at a reasonable price, and if he can’t, then he recommends you to one of his trusted close friends to do the work. I WILL ALWAYS GO TO WALLY. He has NEVER steered me wrong! Still can’t believe all this work under $2000! Usually I can’t leave a dealership without paying $2000+! Thanks again to Wally and his team!

Took a car to wally that we had been working on for quite awhile with little issues coming up after everything being fixed. After finally getting sick of not having a lift for the final issue I took it in. Right off the bat he wouldnt have a conversation with me about what the problem was, I was having a check engine light from a crank angle position sensor, I had replaced the sensor and still got the check engine light. I had gone through everything and had come up with something with its wiring was the issue. He wanted to hear nothing about this and kept saying he will check it out. The car had been sitting for a few weeks so it was dead when brought to him so he kept it over night to let it charge. When he called that the car was ready it cost 320 dollars and 298 was labor. The labor he claims was all these things he had to look through to figure out it was a wiring issue. Something that could have been solved in a 30 second conversation with me that he refused to have. He then said well if he had done that and I was wrong he would of had to do it anyway, yes I agree with that and would of justified charging me for it. He then went on to compare himself to a doctor saying that a patient cant know how to solve a problem they are having. Nice older gentleman that is using the naivety of the elderly in the area to overcharge. Please do not give this man your business, he does not respect the people that walk in his door and is only after your wallet.

Brought in my '89 Jeep after failed emissions and some other issues. Other mechanics wouldn't touch it. This was definitely the best experience I've had with an auto mechanic in the valley (lived here 18 years). Excellent communication. Very honest and helpful. Not to mention reasonable prices. Absolutely will use them again!
