Bryan1 StarThis place is a joke. We had shocks replaced a few years back and believed they were still under warranty. My wife called and he said to bring it in. Dropped it off at before 9:00am. At 5:55pm we called as we had not heard from them. They never even looked at it! Guy at the counter said they are a day behind. Why tell us to bring it in then!? Last service we had there they left the oil cap off and oil got everywhere, that was the last time we went there. Apparently nothing has changed!
