I’ve been coming to sun devil auto since around 2015 for regular oil change and other car fixes. But I took a 2 years break from 2020 to 2022 when I bought a new car and had my oil change covered by dealer. Recently got my wheel alignment done with them. Dropped my car off at 8AM, was told it would only take 2 hours. Four hours later….no updates from them so I called them and they said they are having trouble aligning the wheels, and would take 2 more hours. 2 and an half hours later….still no updates, so I called them again and was told it would finally be ready after 20 more mins. A 2 hours job turned into a 6 and an half hour job. No apologies from them at all, they just pretending nothing happened when I went to pick up the car. I’m just going to find a new auto shop place. They used to be good, not sure what happened but they are just not the same as before anymore. Update: after driving around the next day. The car still pulls to the right, and the steering wheel is very slightly tilted to the left when going straight. So...I don't know if they actually did anything when my car was in the shop.

These guys are straight up. No hassle, usually quicker than they tell you. Fair value. I'll always go there for service.

I had a dead battery came in and they Jumped right on it. Had me taken care of in 45 min. Very Professional, Very clean shop. Great price for the work. Great Job all around.

I've been taking my vehicles for repair to the Elliot & McClintock store since 2005 and they have never done me wrong. I've known Wayne and Chris for quite some time and they have always gone above and beyond for me. I really do thank them and their whole crew for always doing a great job and caring so much.

Amazing. They beat the price that Greuliches or whatever it’s called, by over $100. I don’t know anything about cars, but at least this place is going to take less advantage of you than other places. I will be going to Sun Devil if my family mechanic is ever unavailable again!
