This warranty replaces the friction material free of charge for the lifetime of ownership of vehicle. All other parts that fail in the system are not guaranteed unless replaced by Sun Devil Auto and noted as replaced on the Sun Devil Auto invoice. The labor to replace the warrantied parts will be free of charge for 24 months or 24,000 miles. Sun Devil Auto is a family owned and operated business and has been since 1978. What a wonderful surprise! So skeptical of auto repair shops. I thought I would give Sun Devil a try. I was so impressed with their staff. They were very personable and made me feel my business was appreciated. The work was done on schedule and to my satisfaction. The price was very fair they even fixed an oil leak at no extra cost. They certainly have my business !

March 2022 update. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation by calling the shop. I received an Email confirming may appointment. When I arrived at the shop, the desk guy said they would try to work me in if I left the truck What was the point of making the appointment? Must be some issue with the reservation system, because there was another customer that arrived after I did, with an appointment for 9AM oil change. Again, they said he could leave the vehicle and they would try to work him in. Wonder what is going on. Maybe the shop is bumping the oil change appointments for vehicle repair. There was another lady that came in for a 9AM appointment for oil change and they told here the same thing. They would try to work it in. Perhaps they are short staff, but if that is the case, then make the necessary changes in the appointment schedule. The shop did manage to get my truck serviced and it took about and hour, so I give them credit for working me in, if there was a problem with the reservations. If you make an appointment, I would suggest you double check before showing up and get the same story we got today. Called for an appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated on our 2016 Edge. They said I could bring it over today. The desk guy said it would be about an hour and half, which was fine. I walked to a place for lunch. I came back about 40 mines later and the car was still sitting where I had parked it, so I thought it had it was still in the que. One of the guys at the desk as if they could help me. Told them I was there for the Ford Edge. Since they did not say anything, I thought they had not even started on it. Sat in the waiting room for another 20 mins and car still had not moved. This was closing in on over an hour by now. Then one of the counter guys asked for the name. I told him and then he says the car is ready. It had been ready for over 1/2 hour. They obviously got right too it. Then he mentioned they had not rotated the tires because there was a nail in the right front. Kudos for the tech on that one. Only reason I did not rate them a 5 was because they did not even check to see if the car was complete when I got back from lunch. There was another couple waiting as I was. Basically, it was the same situation, only their vehicle had been pulled up outside the entrance. Sat there for about 15mins and when they walked up to the counter they told the desk that appeared their car was done. Guess lunch was more important to the staff.
