This warranty replaces the friction material free of charge for the lifetime of ownership of vehicle. All other parts that fail in the system are not guaranteed unless replaced by Sun Devil Auto and noted as replaced on the Sun Devil Auto invoice. The labor to replace the warrantied parts will be free of charge for 24 months or 24,000 miles. PROCEED WITH CAUTION: I've taken my car here for years, no issues, but I took it in yesterday and the guy who normally helps me was not there. This new guy tried to charge me $1308 for new brakes and rotors!!! Insane. I mentioned my tax return, so I guess he saw it as an opportunity to take advantage of me. I just got my brakes done somewhere else for $450. He also became passive aggressive with me after I told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere. He never called to tell me my car was ready. When I called to ask if it was done he said "in 15 minutes." I arrived about 5 minutes later and my car was sitting out in the parking lot warm from the sun, so it had been done for a while. Their card reader wouldn't take my card and he told me to "go to an ATM" and that they can't enter cards manually. I asked if they had another reader and he didn't answer. I saw one by the other computer. He reluctantly used it and it took my card. Definitely not going back here again. I strongly advise getting a second opinion before allowing them to do any work on your car.

The exterior handle on my car had broken off. I bought the part thinking I could reinstall it myself: big mistake! I realized I was in over my head and brought my car to Sun Devil Auto where Russel helped save the day! He quickly assessed the situation and was able to put the new part on my car at a very reasonable price. Quick, friendly and thorough service!! Give these guys a shot! I can’t thank them enough.

I went to the place down the road to get a quote for my AC repair, they wanted to charge me for a whole new compressor/kit. I headed to Sun Devil Auto for a second opinion and they figured out that it was only the wiring that was fried and my compressor was working just fine. They saved me over $2,000 in repairs!
