Jason is awesome! I started hearing a noise when I accelerated over 5 mph last night and when I called he was able to get me into the Scottsdale location this morning right away and was able to service and fix the issue today! I have used Sun Devil for all my oil changes the last 3 years and have never been disappointed!!

These guys are awesome! I took my car to a couple different places in town in the past, and sun devil was ALWAYS finished servicing my car within the same day, whereas the competitors took at least 2 days each time! I’ve been here a few times and will definitely be back whenever I need to.

They did good work but for sure tried to rip me off. I had got work done here before and it was good, quick work and reasonably priced. I needed breaks and it's right up the street so I called them up. I called in the day before to get a price on rear breaks. I told them specifically the parts I needed and asked for a quote with labor. The guy took the details of my vehicle and gave me what seemed like a fair price. He broke down the cost of the parts I asked for (rotors, pads, and the sensor) and the cost of labor (plus break flush) separately. Since I'm familiar with the cost of the parts and know it's a relatively quick job I knew it was a reasonable price. A little more than I was expecting but I didn't feel like calling around. When I showed up the next day to get the work done the guy said they'd call in an hour or so to give me a quote. When I got the call it was for twice the quoted price. I asked if they needed to do more than what I asked for and they said no, same job. He said rotors were $275 each. (Yesterday they were $125 each). I told him I could get a whole kit with crossed drilled rotors and upgraded pads for $320. No way they cost $275 each. He suddenly found the $125 rotors and added the coupon for labor and it still came out $200 more than I was quoted yesterday. I already ubered home and I didn't have time to go somewhere else so I just did it but I can't imagine trusting them again. Dirty tactics from these guys. It was solid work done quickly or they would get 1 star.

I am a hard grader, but even so, this team has taken care of my truck several times now and are always willing to work with me. They know I like to pay with cash so if ever there is a maintenance issue or repair coming up, they let me know ahead of time and a cost estimate so I can begin saving. When I have any cost estimate saved up, I call back to let them know and they have never led me astray to where all of a sudden I have to pay more. The cost of repair has always been what they quoted me to begin with. Now my truck is old so if there is ever a time there might need to be more than one repair I can't pay all at once, they let me know what would be priority number one and so forth so we can plan maintenance times together while I save for each repair or maintenance cost. Thank you Sun Devil for treating me well, taking care of my truck, and your willingness to be patient each time I need the time to save for repairs.
