Sutton automotive has been nothing but an absolutely pleasure! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs! My fiancee and I were having car troubles during a roadtrip honeymoon and waylen was so accommodating and helpful! Within 1 1/2 our car was fixed up, and ready to ride! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for phenomenal service!!!!

Fantastic shop. Had a misfire on multiple cylinders coming over wolf creek pass, they were able to diagnose the issue and install new spark plugs and boots within the day and get me back on the road. Fantastic professional and friendly staff, would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in pagosa springs area.

We are an automotive repair facility from Ohio. We have a customer whom traveled here and had problems with failed parts covered by warranty thru us. This facility was more than willing to help us take car of our now mutual customer. They worked quickly and fairly to help our customer get back on the road. They communicated the repairs needed with us promptly and allowed us to pay for the customers repairs over the phone. We are greatly appreciative of the service they provided. An amazing family business…. I was traveling to Pagosa Springs from AZ to purchase a travel trailer and haul it back to AZ. I was concerned about my car’s fluid levels. I called and they were able to see me within the hour. The fluids were topped off and I felt comfortable in driving back to Arizona in high temps. In addition they helped me with my trailer hitch and went out of their way to find parts I needed to make it work. I highly recommend this professional, courteous and responsible business.

Our minivan’s AC went out while traveling on vacation from Texas. We were worried about finding a good and fair priced repair shop away from home. Fred and Waylon took great care of us and quickly repaired our AC. They even gave us a loaner van to help us continue our vacation while waiting on the repairs. Sutton Automotive was recommended by several people we had met in Pagosa Springs. Thanks for the great repair experience!
