Jeff Pincin5 StarThe owner and mechanic is named Don and he is one of the best, most personable, and most professional mechanics I've ever dealt with. I called him first thing on a Friday morning (like 6:30am) about a brake job that I screwed up and he did what he could to fix it that day. It would have been acceptable if he didn't, but he chose to go the extra mile. He fixed my lack-of-knowledge oversight with no judgment and explained things well. He could have charged whatever he wanted at that point, but he has a lot of character and was very fair with his price and saved us money even though it meant some more work for him. samuel davis5 StarDealing with auto repair shops is usually a nightmare. I was in a tough situation with a stranded vehicle due to ignition and starter issues. SVS helped me set up a tow and diagnosed my issues. This repair could have cost me thousands of dollars due to how difficult I believed it would have been to diagnose. I had the truck 2 days later and was under 500 dollars. I live almost an hour away and it will be worth the drive to continue doing business with this company.
