I have been using T & L for years. The service is all you want quick, thorough, pleasant, and reasonably priced. You don't often find this quality af service. I recommend T&L completely. You will never be disappointed.

I’ll start by first saying that T&L was amazing. I 100% recommend to everyone for anything honestly. Specifically I dealt with George and the man is honest and up front. I went in after being told elsewhere I needed a new computer for my Corolla and because a sound (that no mechanic I’d seen prior cared to investigate) got far worse than it had been so I expected to come out defeated and extra poor. Well. Not only was I told that my computer was fine but the issues were far different. George walked me through each issue and explained them perfectly. He quoted me and went above and beyond doing extra things like tightening up lose parts and checking for leaks without asking for more. The price was beyond fair and saved me from paying for unnecessary work (and previously quoted thousands elsewhere). They also helped my partner who after being told by a couple places (including Town Faire Tire) that he had no issue, when ultimately he needed new tires due to his being SEVERELY worn, and gave him multiple options for a new set. To summarize: T&L is run by honest, hard working people that are happy to work with you on finding the best solution and very fair! Definitely my go to place from here on out!

To summarize, the quality of repair is not at all great. They always find issues in their own repair. They say that repairs have warranty of 1 year but, I kid you not, they will find some other issues around that and make you pay! 1. They suggested to change brake pads and rotors all together.. which I did and was told that rotors come with 1 year MFG warranty. In less than a year, rotors are rusted, and now they are saying the whole caliper system needs to change because pad are not contacting to rotors. 2. A/C system: This is been going for 2 year now. I asked to do whatever it takes to make it work.. they said, there is a leak in the closed system.. Fixed all of that.. and then within 7 months, beginning of summer, it is not pumping cold air. They said, oh we need to change condenser.. ok lets do that... at the end of summer, same issue. Then, they said, there could be a leakage or no refrigerant. Fixed all of these, and this year, I am hearing rattling sound when I turn on the AC system (not hearing when car is on). The saga NEVER STOPS. PS: Car is not that old.. its 90K driven.. Never had issues other than these two.
