Took my vehicle to dons he fixed nothing and had my car for 4 days!! I called T&T just hoping for a better outcome And I couldn’t be more pleased if your in SW Michigan this is the shop to go!! Called me and was excellent with communication I dropped it off at 8am and had my car back that afternoon! As long as I reside in SW Michigan this is the place I’m taking my vehicles!! Took a week to get in. We agreed on a price on the phone, but then they decided to hike it up 20$ when time came to pay. On top of that, they had to "top off my oil." They did not ask me if I wanted this service. They proceeded to charge me another 15$ for this. At other auto shops I've been to, they will call asking if I want an additional service such as an oil change or a change in air filter. They did not. Only came because I'm a college student and it was local.

My dad has gone to Tom for years and all of our vehicles have always gone directly to him anytime something is wrong. We always recommend T & T to absolutely everyone.
