“Great experience getting my Subaru serviced at Tech Auto. I brought it in for a major, multi-faceted service (timing belt, water pump, valve clearance inspection, etc) last week. Their quote came in lower than others, turnaround time was quick, and they were super transparent and communicative during the repair. Todd went so far as to take pictures and send email updates through the process. They were able to meet their initial quote, even after tear down revealed several other small components that needed to be replaced. I had an unrelated drivetrain issue last Friday and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Very good and Honest. Last week I had coolant leak and lot of smoke in the engine, luckily I was in hamden and went straight to Todd. Glad he checked it and replaced radiator with minimal cost and put me back on the road on same day. Correction: quality has gone very bad now
