Tranace, who was running the front counter, was great. She knew I was on a tight schedule and not only got me in a little sooner, but also furnished a loaner car so I could take care of other important business while the guys worked on my car. I was also very happy with the work done on the car. Good service is getting hard to find. I'll go back! Check them out! You won't be disappointed! I just called and talked to Justin to make an appointment for my Hilander. Justin is very friendly and easy to deal with. I have been taking my van to ADS automotive for over 11. To say that I appreciate the service I receive from Ryan, and everyone there is an understatement. I have always appreciated how well they take care of my van, but in the last several years it has become evident that they care about me as a customer as well. As I went through a difficult divorce, they have done everything they can to help me along the way with my van repairs. I know, with confidence, when I take my van in that I will get fair, quick service. If a repair is needed, but can wait a while, they will tell me, so I can budget for it. They've even helped with a couple of small things and not charged me. I also love the fact that they will drop off and pick me up while I have my vehicle in for service. The excellent service even extended to Ryan telling me when he felt I should get a new (to me) vehicle. He said “I can continue to fix this one for you, but I don’t like doing that. I think it’s time for you to get something different.” They gave me advice and inspected my new vehicle before I purchased. I tell everyone I know to take their repair business to ADS. If you are looking for friendly, honest, reliable service for your vehicles, then ADS is the place for you.

Bryan and the TGK team are amazing! They did an excellent job with my truck repair. The dealer quoted me a price of $5200 to repair wires that were chewed on by a rodent. The TGK team assessed the issue and fixed it for $880. They were so upfront and honest about fixing my truck. They saved me over $4000.00! I will be bringing my truck here from now on!! Thanks TGK mechanics and Bryan!

My classic car was having a brake issue of pulling to the right while braking. This shop originally quoted me $6500. 😳 They proceeded to tell me everything with the front end was wrong. When asked just to address the brake issue, I was quoted $1700. Therefore, I brought the car to another shop..... (after paying their $ 200 diagnostic fee.... which is also a bit high). The new shop fixed the car that now drives perfectly for $300. Don't be fooled TGK surely tries to rip people off.

My husband and I have been coming to ADS since shortly after we moved here in 2002... they have taken care of all our vehicles... they are honest and very personable...Mike was very nice and made sure we had our car back the same day because we were down to one car... we recommend them highly and of course will be back...
