The Auto Connection has been nothing but excellent service all three times I have taken in my car for service. The first was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving of 2020. My car wouldn't start and it wasn't the battery. Instead of turning me away, they worked past close to make sure I was able to get home. The next time, they patched and put on a flat tire. And today, they both provided did the same with a tire and an oil change. They are very transparent and will let you know on any price changes before they actually do the service. 10/10 would recommend.

Our unplanned side quest for the day… we were heading back to Texas when all of a sudden the steering got very stiff, battery light came on, and the heater stopped working. Managed to loop back around to Lincoln. Turns out the the belt tensioner seized up. Which caused a pulley to lock up and burn through the belt. Later found out this also attacked the Idler pulley. Owner of the shop went above and beyond. He found the part an hour away, sent an employee to go get it and is still working on our van after hours so we can get back on the road. He also took time to explain what went wrong, how it effected everything else and why. Not to mention they have been very kind and engaging with the kiddos. I can’t explain how grateful I am for Pete and his amazing employees!!

My daughter is a student at UNL and we live out of state. Her car wouldn't start and we had no idea who to call. I stumbled across Auto Connection on Google and gave them a call (fingers crossed). Their professionalism and customer service was outstanding. So grateful to find a local organization we now know we can trust if our daughter has any future problems. Thank you, Auto Connection!

They employee’s there are honest and direct with what’s wrong. They do a great job and get the job done at a VERY timely manner and have very good communication with us the vehicle owners. I will definitely go back there over anybody in Lincoln and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thnk you again Auto Connection
