Very professional. They sent me a text message with a link to a site that shows exactly what has failed on my vehicle with a very detailed description as well as a recommended path forward on needed repairs. This was followed up shortly after with a phone call from the tech to discuss costs and timeline. I've used this shop twice now and both times I googled the cost of the repair that I needed and both times the cost was on the low end of the national average in my case. The repair costs were fair and I believe these folks have been honest with me and deserve your business. They will have mine going forward. Highly recommended.

Everyone at this business was very professional.I was given links to the Diagnostics on my car including technician notes and pictures. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process. They did a very thorough investigation of my problem I have had for years , and no one else was able to diagnose the issues. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manor. They offered support with lots of information about my issues with the vehicle, my options of not fixing it and the potential outcomes if I did fix it. They made me feel comfortable with my decision and confident they were being honest! I thank them for all their help!!

Highly professional. Mainly dealt with Justin, who is a great guy overall. There was an error involving a part that turned 4 days with no vehicle into 6. With no loaner available, I did mention how inconvenient this was to me, notably given the high cost of service. Fortunately, Justin hooked me up with a discount and made it right. I overall recommend this location for the good service. However, I really hope this doesn't happen again if/when I bring my vehicle back in.

Ross took care of getting my car in, and told me what needed to be done. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and I will be back as soon as I need to be. Both our cars have been here, and now it is our only place to go. All the employees I have met there are friendly and very professional.
