I’m honestly not sure if their prices are better but even if they are not, it is worth it to make sure your vehicle is in top running condition! My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of The Car Doctor. We had a new water pump, serpentine belt, and a new tensioner pulley installed yesterday on our 2012 Toyota Sienna van. The repair completely solved our engine problem. Matt Bolton (the manager/co-owner) was the most knowledgeable, informative and straightforward car repair person that my husband and I have ever encountered (and we have been driving for nearly 50 years). His estimate for the repairs was significantly lower than other repair centers I had contacted (mostly because he advised that we didn’t need to do everything that others said had to be done), and his explanations for the work required were thorough and persuasive. It was so refreshing to meet a young man who has a vision for succeeding in business by providing customers with honest service at fair prices and by not recommending work that isn’t genuinely needed. And he gave us a 3-year guarantee on the work. Plus, Matt was a joy to converse with. He really, really knows cars and clearly loves helping people. We have the highest recommendation for The Car Doctor! When my daughter got stuck with a flat tire, she stopped at Car Doc Shop to have it fixed and they were very courteous and professional. She then recommended them to me when I mentioned I needed to have my car repaired so it would pass inspection. I spoke to Henry and I explained my concerns about the car and he was very polite and very patient with me. They use an app to communicate the diagnose of car issues and from the app you can see all the repairs needed and some suggested work to get your car running at it best conditions. After some interaction with Henry, he helped me pick the most important repairs so my car would pass inspection and to get the car running smoothly. Henry is Great! He explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. He even called several days later to see how the car was running. Awesome service! Henry and Nelson are the perfect team to treat any disorder a vehicle may suffer from. My Dodge Ram had an urgent care need that they treated immediately and professionally in a manner that left me confident in their healing abilities. Two thumbs up! I brought my car to The Car Doctor after the dealer suggested $2,000 worth of repairs. The Car Doctor took the time to find the root cause of the problem. Cost: $300. That's right...they saved me $1700 compared to the dealer. Henry and Nelson were professional and friendly. They even come and get the car from your home. I'd give them six stars if I could.
