To fix the vehicle and to know what it takes to accomplish that; no more, no less. Our training, discipline and sense of right and wrong preclude us from “over-repairing” your vehicle. We maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed on your vehicle. We only recommend the correct maintenance that your vehicle requires. Many people are surprised when they find out they have been changing their engine oil almost twice as often as the manufacturer recommends.

EXPERIENCE

We get to the root cause of a concern quicker than most: during our combined 55+ years of experience we have seen the cause of concerns most vehicles can have. We have access to the service manuals database for all makes and models. This information source includes the same Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and recall information available to OEM personnel. With this information source and our years of experience we are able to service and repair all makes and models including diesels and hybrids.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We respect our customer’s wallet and will shop for the best parts and supplies at the best price.  Our pricing on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) parts will be the same or less than you could buy them for at the dealer. We take pride in our work and customer relations. Our problem frequency is low but when one does come up we are able to take responsibility for it and resolve it. Our honesty and humility in these situations can pleasantly surprise people.
